i often burn movies after a few weeks cuz aint got enuff hard disc space.

i am sharing 931 files most of them are movies and mp3z!!!!!!!!!

i have deleted more then 50 monvies (not enough hard drive space)

I chose 2 share this many cos i find they spread qicker.. i luv horror especially rare horror ...

but i normally share 30 movies , hey i only have a 36 gig hard drive...

that is for the moment :) normally after a certain time I burn all the downloaded
things on cds :) if my pc does not suck down before as it happened two week ago,
then I start from sharing 0 or just a few files which are still in my shared, and all
the files I download, I download directly into my shared files :), so I can be
second source as long as I am connected to Kazaa :)

at the moment I also have some of my cds which I ripped with audiograbber in
my shared :) and also a hard to find cd "a thousand acres" by richard hartley: I am
glad to see that one person on Kazaa startet to download it from me and anothere download all files on soulseek :) so it would be easier avaiable for other people :)

Been awhile since I was here, but I share the 3k plus on files, however, I never share more than 375 at a time. Just swap share folders once a week or whenever, depening on the activity.

On Soulseek, around 6-7 000, but on kazaa, about 30, because i only share rarer things...at the moment, i have 3 episodes of The Royle Family which took ages to get, so i figure, id rather let them be got than all my common mp3s etc.

I'm sharing 4131 mp3 files over 250 Albums. But all the chat about RIAA has got me very worried as my broadband link is provided by work. So maybe I'll become a leech :unsure:

I'm also running Zone Alarm will this stop people probing my ports ( :blink: )
(so to speak)
Also I run a server which is my gateway from home, I had been running K-Lite 24/7 from the server, but although most of the posts regarding riaa are USA related I'm old enough to know what starts in the USA soon comes to the UK.
Any advice on protecting myself would be appreciated. I don't want to take down my shared mp3's as many of the albums are rare and not available to buy (yep I'm old)

Anyhow, I share close to 1,700 files (mp3, movies, warez, and some tv eps). I only keep movies for a few months before I remove them. B)

but the video people get pissed of with you when you are not sharing many files but loads of mp3's. which i might add are non-riaa related. all my own work.
i call it hipdan-rock
a fusion of hip hop, dance and rock.

I'm sharing 12049 files, only about half are MP3's, the rest are movies and tv shows, and annoyingly album-art from windows media player though I try and delete those when I see them.
I really wish there was an option in Kazaa to block people who arent sharing... I can cancel their uploads, but usually 5 seconds later they're back wanting the same file...
And there aren't enough people sharing Ghostbusters 2, I can only find one guy with it... And I think he just went offline...
