At least it looks like he's not just collecting rare trackers. Most of the trackers in his list he could have got during open signups.
Now I know for sure that you are from Romania. Unfortunately you do not have the best RO tracker, IPlay. You can also delete from the bookmarks torrentbits.ro which seams to be gone for good.
You should also make a screen-shot of your client. We are really interested in what you download. Maybe also your browsing history.

But the important thing here is to give the guy our thoughts on his list, not to spam his thread. What I like about his list is that it is alphabetically sorted. This gives me an idea on how often he uses most of them.
I would so like to see what his thoughts were before, about that list and after he can have my sincere opinion. Untill then i don't have any idea why/what he posted it in the first place; can't see any purpose in telling him he has way to many than he ever gonna need, or it's ok to own them if he's planning on sell/trade them, etc.
