Is this official? This site has nothing other than the signup page, and uses a free dynamic DNS service. It could be a phishing scam.

it was announced by their staff @ hdbits chan so it's official. but i'm yet to hear about a successful logon after signup

Well, the sign up page shows up when you use a Korean proxy but it gives me the "can't sing up at this time" message. So, I'm assuming that it'll most likely reopen soon.. for Koreans.
