I have not heard many rappers, but I recently got a shot of 2000BC by Canibus and thought that was really good, especially 100bars.

I don´t know if he counts as a rapper biut I would say Mike Shinoda in Linkin Park

biggie is arguably one of the best ,but he aint as good as pac

Canibus is THE greatest lyricist
He would and can out free style any rapper around without question
Thats why hes my favorite.
Just poor production and beats are keeping from ever achieving greatness

My fav past rapper is Biggie.Present is Eminem,people slate him but he has a style unlike no other rapper around at the moment ;)
