are you talking about mgs se??? if so...
there should be a training option on the menu... go there and practice a litltle bit... it shows you the buttons map... (i haven played THIS game, but the others versions did have the training... so, i guess this one has it too...)

i liked part 1 but part 2 jus had good graphics to me but the story line confused and bored me as it dragged out but will try 3 and see how that is ;)
