EDit: Oh and as for the counting thread, it's really stupid, which is why I reckon cheebus wrought the pwnage in most splendid and righteous way.

There have been times when the lounge wasn't 90% spam, and crap like that thread, that keeps popping up over and over, serves, to some of us, as a reminder (as if we need another) that things are in a poorer state at the moment.

I actually remember days when most threads in here felt like they might be worth a read :dabs:
