tvtorrents or bitmetv !

Well... I upload a lot in BitmeTV and download a lot in TvTorrents :huh:

That is to say that if you are just the regular TV show user TVTorrents is more than enough. They have all the running shows with packs from previous seasons. Torrents are well seeded and the speed is more than acceptable.

IMHO it is a fantastic tracker.

It is very underrated ( no, I'm not talking about levels so don't start ). The truth is people tend to have this bad opinion about trackers in which it is relatively easy to get in as opposed to trackers that might be a piece of garbage but in which it is hard to get in.

I remember lots of people saying they didn't like Demonoid... :blink: Sure, it was slow but I found stuff there that I never found in any other tracker. But as it was semi-public it had to be worthless of course.

Having said this BitmeTV is an awesome tracker! It has some great content. It releases stuff that is not released on TVTorrents but if u r talking of mainstream shows you shouldn't need it. Also, it is difficult to seed there and torrents tend to die faster than in TVTorrents. Hit and runners are a plague ( staff is always after them )and documentaries, for instance, are very hard to keep alive. It is my understanding so far that after a day or two, if it isn't for the uploader, they are left with no seeders. On the other hand it has a fantastic community. I love it there.

In the end, and in my case, I have different purposes for them so I wouldn't vote for one or the other.

I need help...
First I like BitmeTV the best. Availability and speed.
Second, I need my access back but I cannot log in (banned for?) I have tried IRC but since I am using a public wireless point (for 2 more months)and I think it blocks the IRC. What I am begging for is someone to ask a Mod for me: Why? If it is due to inactivity, I have been learning German for the past 9 Months. That might seem like a lame excuse but the material that I am learning is that what would normally take 3-4 Years in a University. With that said, I have had very little time to participate but I did ensure that I had a good Ratio prior to school.
Will someone please try to help me?

Same here, one day i might get a change to get in BitmeTV but for now im quite happy with TVT, got all the shows that i need. :)

I have both and I actually prefer TVT - has all I need and easier to keep a good ratio there than on BitMeTV. BitMeTV is great of course, I just tend to use TVT more.

TVtorrents doesn't have Craig Ferguson...amongst other shows + layout is much more appealing, and they do have more shows and more seeds.

i used both and in my opinion both are very good but speed of bitmetv is better than tvtorrent. The older collection of bitmetv is much better than tvtorrent.....

BitMeTV gets shows a lot faster, and has some internal guys....

But TvTorrents isn't that bad, either. They have a wide range of content, and a LOT of users... which means more seeders :)

I have both, and I prefer BitMeTV, but I wouldn't go crazy if you only had TvTorrents.
