That's not high profile content. All the most interesting trackers are those that allow user's uploads. Only then do you get any kind of variety.
I didn't say all trackers, I use and enjoy a lot of trackers that don't go by that and have their own user uploading stuff. But you can't come and say that their isn't a large amount of trackers that are good and usefull that depend on scene releases.
About your thought on the quality of western worlds movies and music I will not say anything.
