TuneUp Utilities 2004 its a pretty good programme, I have come across another that is this easy and with as many options.

have a look at my pic, prev pages it has a brushed metallic minimalistic type start bar and menus that any use? It's a style xp theme?

there a couple of xbox type ones I have that look pretty much the same except they replace the start bit with a bright green or blue button, quite smart

I tend to use a theme then change the wallpaper
