You either need to pay to use a server or use your ISP's server. Ring them up or check there website to find out if they offer newsgroups.

i found on yahoo some list
news.rr.com
babylon5.tampabay.rr.com
xxx.yyy.rr.com (location dependant)
wich one do i use and where do i enter it?

how would i go about posting a bigger picture i print screen pasted into paint, saved and loading into photobucket
