both the cases i.e. oink and demonoid are not similar. servers have bees seized in oink's case , a man has been arrested , while there were only legal and isp problems with demonoid . i think the trackers should now move to safer countries ( read lawless african countries)

Good, to be honest it was a crap site anyways. You could never seed back once you download, so many people would download before you and was hard to seed back.
