Now that I've rejoined SCT all I want is to get back in HDBits to download a p2p release when it is a truly worthwhile movie.

Unless there's some bad ass music tracker out there that I don't know about already...then I'm not interested in joining any other trackers. I really only use music trackers anymore, and I grab all my other content(tv, movies, music also, etc) from ng's or warez forums. I am however, always on the lookout for a new great warez forum.

Im happy, trust me, you don't need what you think you need,and won't get it either. It's not as great as you think.

Theres a saying, taht you never know how much you ahd to lose, until you lsot it, well you realise that you didnt lose anything!

I previosly said I want pedro or E but then I was thinking: I m on what.cd, they got more music albums than all other music trackers toghether... so why would want that? I dont know...

So my advice would be: Stop Chasing, Start Living. Enjoy the trackers you have, try your best to be a good user where you are now and stop dreaming with your eyes open. Those elite trackers are elite just because we think they are. They are like a fit woman: the more you ignore her the more she will feel atracted to you, then you meet her, you love her and after a while you look at her and you dont find her that fit anymore, she is just like the rest of them.

I guess I can agree with the general idea of your post. It's not like you will be less than me for using demonoid. It's ok, no need to have all the trackers. Fair enough.

The way you compared those trackers to each other, well that was a bit of a fail. Pretty sure members who are in the trackers you mentioned realized as well that what you said isn't right.

Just wanted to point that out. You don't need all of them, true. But some l33t trackers as you named them are actually better than every tracker out there.

Anyway, I can still agree sometimes we live this hobby way to much.

Btw, don't need any tracker.

I don't know, I'm new to this sort of stuff, I heard it was a great tracker, and everyone is always talking about it, no matter what people say about levels not mattering, its ahrd to ignore them when people talk so much about them IM sorry for not being as well informed, but ca someone tell me whats so great about it then?

Most, if not all, of the hype that you'll hear from this place about FTN is related to the level (rarity of getting an invite) that FTN has. Levels matter the most to traders, so if you're not a trader, then you have nothing to worry about. That being said, I can see the appeal of wanting a no-ratio (your ratio "doesn't matter") tracker.

Why join FTN if iTN, GFT, and numerous other trackers are ratioless and allegedly offer the same thing in terms of content? I seriously wanted to join FTN way back when ('round 2007), but with all the new ratioless trackers popping up it seems like a pointless effort. Sure, I made a silly request thread not too long ago but I didn't expect to be invited from it... nor was I. I can understand if someone has numerous friends on said tracker though.

respawn40 said what I was going to say in that levels matter the most to traders. When I started with bittorrent and learned about private trackers the sites I wanted to join the most were demonoid, oink (:(), kraytracker, and UG. Clearly not considered "high level" by those that trade. Before being exposed to sites like FST those are all I knew of or cared about.
I remember joining this forum and reading about all these exclusive and elusive trackers and wanted to join them just because people were talking about them like they were deities. :lol: It's pretty easy for a newbie to get ambitious around here.

I looked through the reviews there, and did a quick search for stuff on this site and all i see is people giving out about how overrated the site is, so whats the point? is it relaly just levels for traders to swap rare trackers? and I didn't even know no-ratio trackers existed..... they sound good. Id like a no-ratio movie tracker actually. How does that work then, is it just people who like seeding leave stuff seeding?

In my opinion, there's no such thing as a "dream tracker" or "The one tracker I wanna join most".....to me it's just a nicer way 2 say "I want a damn high level tracker because it's very elite!!"

as for me I never join a tracker unless I know 4 sure it has the stuff that I need....nothing more, nothing less....screw the damn levels...

so the tracker that has the stuff that I need & I haven't joined it yet is my "dream tracker"!!!

hdbits only.such a great torrenter i am, if they would know only for me they would open their doors(sign ups i mean).And in this time who are luckys,they would be in with me.but they lost their chance they can put their asses that damn tracker.

I personally have all the trackers I want and actually USE them! :yup:

I'm not saying I'll never take interest in a new tracker if it comes across to me as a site with real potential and the staff to make it happen.
Same type of thing I said ~ when FTN, TL and PiSexy first opened...call it a sixth sense, who knows. :idunno:
