hey, i haven't been on in like a week (or apparently 2 or so it seems) and now that page is up, is there any reason my keyword isn't working? or did i miss the day we were suppose to use it?

OKAY after research and much trial and error i have found what the problem was, firefox wasn't showing the boxes at the bottom of the screen, tried it in IE and it worked, so that's why, logged in and back, thanks to anyone who was might of considered helping me after reading the first part, send me a PM (on BC) if ya want, i'm friendly

stoi, I cant access your site. everytime I try, it says "Page load error, address not found"
this happens ever since the front page changed. I tried to access from my friend house. it works.
What should I do to be able to access the site again?
So... it's been a couple days and I haven't really gotten an update as to the status of what's going on with my issue... any response at all would be cool... if there isn't any hope of me getting this dealt with please at least let me know so I can stop getting my hopes up that I will ever again see that most beautiful of web pages...

Thank you for your response, Stoi, but I am unfortunately still having the same issue of when I put in my user/pass and click "login", the page just refreshes as if I put in the wrong user/pass or something. The box with my keyword in it goes blank and the user/pass boxes disappear. I thought maybe firefox was having compatibility issues so I tried using internet explorer and got the same result. I have tried to login again like 3-4 times today and I'm going to stop for fear of getting my IP banned again, but I checked and double checked that I was typing the right thing in, I did it as slowly and meticulously as possible so as to not make any typos...
Unless I am going insane, I know the user/pass combination is correct because it is not only the one I remember using, but it is also the one that firefox has saved in my saved passwords bank[COLOR=blue ! important][COLOR=blue ! important][/COLOR][/COLOR] that I have been using since I signed up for the site.

Zero, just type recover into the search box, then put your e-mail into the box that pops up after that and it will send you a new password; I was having the same problem and that worked for me.

the name is not there (in the max login list), and the chances of me finding the IP are slim, can you change the IP and try?
???? Not following you are you looking for my current IP??? I've got no way of changing it now in fact that's the problem I was connecting through a router and am now connecting directly to my modem.
all i get in the list is
IP (Name of member, if there is one) banned unban delete
and the name of member is not there for your member name, it will just be the IP, as you have never logged in on your IP the tracker does not know its linked to your account.
can you give me at least the last 3 numbers of your IP.
maybe write it something like
**5-**7-*6*-235
so no one will know what it is on here, but i should be able to find it in the list. (hopefully)

It's mostly in part due to the illiteracy rate of the bittorent community as a whole; not just BCG. The main page often links threads regarding updates, if it is required. b: did not login for 60 days unparked you are gone
C: did not login for 90 days parked you are gone

Its got bad support to users. I had an issue and got a very bad op in irc that tought that he is the king of the world.
IF you dont know how to treat good to members and act cocky you should go down.
Anyway i am member in high level torrents sites and didnt find a problem with anything and dont really need bcg or to deal with its managers.
bcg got good stuff only cause of its members but very bad treatment and support from its seniors..
No we dont, if you came in and asked the same question that is in the forums or FAQ/Rules and you were the 1000th member to ask the same question, then you deserved to get what you got.
and what is a high level tracker btw, a tracker with 1000-5000 members, we have 30,000 and have had 100,000 before, of course its easier to deal with 3,000 members, than it is to deal with 30,000 of them.
I dont care about how much users a site got. I just know that i spoke to some1 from bcg in irc and got bad treatment. And believe me i didnt ask a question that have been asnwered. So i think bcg is bad.
In the other way when i had an issue with something i went to sct in irc and i got an asnwer and no one treated me like i am an enemy.
That why i say that high level sites got better people. I really dont care about numbers of members or anything.
ok you had a bad experience, i have not been in our IRC for months, but i am in now.
that does not mean we are a shit tracker, and you wish someone would make a better one.

PPPS: SCT have better members though, or at least those that can follow rules and know how SCT works and shit, christ, 1/3 of our members still dont know about SP, thats what we have to put up with.
maybe the problem is on your side man, bcg has one of the most friendly staff. and after how was that staff active and helpfull to users with re-enabling their accounts after they did not generate the keyword, how can you say that bcg got bad users support...Quote:
