No one in here trades their Exigo of FTWR for FTN.So i think mix of level 8 and level 7 makes sense.
I still dont think FTN should be moved to level 8. It will only be slightly easier to get an invite now. Not many people would risk their account being disabled. Kinda like oink, loads of people have 10 invites but dont want to give them out as it almost certain they will be disabled or at least lose all of their invites if one of their invitees gets disabled. I think you should only move it down after you see how many people start offering it, for now I think it should stay high.

as u all know every ftn power every week can ask for one invite and now that they get invite without having to ask for them nothing is going to change becouse nobody will trade ftn for 8lvl just like nobody was tradeing sct for 6lvl some time ago
