That's true! The grps are constantly searching for new talents, but it's just 1 in 100 people that actually has the skills (and time). Somehow, there are more nukers and racers in the scene than there are grps, which is sad cause they aren't that needed anyway :PQuote:

Well, while parts of that is true, like XviD being the easiest video codec, I meant more the time it takes for encoding. You have to record the episode, then go through all the parts of demuxing, interlacing, cutting, normalizing etc., which takes time and dedication to learn. Nukers "just" watch releases and nuke them for mistakes, and racers "just" follow Pre IRC's and transfer files to other FTPs... that's sometimes done by bots, but also done manually. But no matter which angle you are looking from, the scene demands dedication and time.Quote:
