BANNED or Restricted countries from Trackers (look here before inviting someone)

yea i guess i was just hopefull, I had an account back in 2006, when it was x264.us.

I agree on that it could be somewhat helpful, specially for those trackers which will kick your ass for inviting someone in a banned country.
