At first I thought this was a racial topic, getting rid of Black BARs. I remember being the only white guy, walking into the neighborhood black bar. Damn, that place went silent in a heart beat. All eyes staring at me. Of course I immediately exited the building. I didn&#39;t want to hang around to find out what would happen.

It still seems like your backdrop (WALLPAPER) is not stretched to fit the size of screen that you have, being that your ICONS are in the black zones (black bars sound too racial).
