Have a look at my av elsewhere, if you use little less colour you can get a lot more frames per kb. One can make really long anims in monochrome, and still go under 100kb.

Unfortunately the gun is pointing the wrong way apparently, according to Bujub, so back to the drawing board :rolleyes: . when you said use less colour did you simple mean use less coloured pixels or whatever they are called? btw gg&#39;s av was a big pile of poo at once stage wasn&#39;t it? :unsure:

Quite possible.

As for the colours, I was mainly talking about when you make anims from scratch, drawing them up with just a few clear colours, or in monochrome instead of with a zillion colours. But having said that, a way to make pictures like ours smaller in U-lead, is to select "optimize", and then decrease the colours.

ta for the ulead help ;) . I basically took your stuff and deleted and added bits, I&#39;m not much of a drawer so I&#39;ll just prob play about with ready made stuff :)

I think I see two frames at once once in every cycle. :huh:

I noticed that too :( , I couldn&#39;t figure it out as they all have the delay thin built in, hang on if you have a delay of 2 secs on the first one will the secongd one come up at the same time e.g.?

I think I&#39;ll just open it in ulead. :rolleyes:

have a look at frames 8 and nine.

I think you had two objects in both of those frames.

It was the removal method in the frame properties, because I basically added the same image twice to get the 14 pics, I didn&#39;t know I would have to change the original end frame, if you see what I mean :blink: , I&#39;m getting there..............snail like I grant you but getting there :P
