If invites are to be had, people will give them out.

Preference will always be given to those who are more known here which is why we have the 10 post rule before you can request here.

The whole idea of invites is that you ask someone with whom you have some familiarity, therefore the more involvement you put in here, the more likely you are to get an invite.

That is just human nature.

Also, people ought to be careful whom they give them out to. I gave out 3, all to members of this forum, and only one has an active, decent ratio. One has already lost their account, and the other hasn't used it. The only one who hasn't screwed it up is my own girlfriend :rolleyes:
