As long as you see wiki page, you can be sure that Waffles aren't down.
If you're unable to log in (top right corner link):
1. check your nickname and password.
2. try recovering password.
3. try cleaning browser history and cache.
4. try different browser.
5. go to waffles.fm support channel and ask about your account status.
