In an attempts to streamline help with FSC accounts
PLEASE USE THIS THREAD FOR HELP WITH YOUR FSC ACCOUNT ONLY!
That being said we have been problems with members not being able to log in as of late. If you are having this issue there are a few options available to help you gain access to your account.
1. If you indeed set your Login Name and PIN and have that information available you can recover your account. This is the reason we did this.
2. If you use irc you can always login to our support channel:
Server: irc.xevion.net
Channel: #FSC-Support
If you are not familiar with irc and dont want to install it or go through the mess of setting it up you can use mibbit. Go to http://www.mibbit.com/chat/
You will get a screen like the one below. Click the server link to reveal the server name and fill in your info.

Keep in mind that alot of users have been having issues so if you dont get a response just hang out and someone will help you as soon as possible.
3. If you have the ability to post pm's here you can pm me or one of the other FSC community reps here. Alot of our staff visits here often.
4. As last resort if none of the above helps you you can send an email to [email protected].
@ FST Staff. If you have the time could you please monitor this thread and remove the spam or irrelevant thhreads in here. This is for support ONLY.

i have the same issue, iv been seeding a torrent there for over a week and i just tried to log in and i was told my username and or password were incorrect, how can i be deleted when im seeding a rather large file, please any help would be greatly appreciated :) thanks :)

Well, I tried playing by FST's rules, and was told that account trading would be stopped. I have been good about my end of things, but there has been no reciprocation on the part of fst, so you can just remove me from the CR list(you still have me listed as romeyroam btw)

I have watched at least 5 account trading threads just sit there and not get dealt with in the last few weeks, so this last one is the proverbial straw that broke the camels back. So, not only did we make a sacrifice that was required, we got absolutely nothing in return for trying to remain amicable with this forum. We gave away a lot of invites here, and got NO consideration for our trust other than a big fat zilch. meh, so it goes.
i know it might sound a bit odd, but why don't you just report the threads? you staff a site, and it happens everywhere that one thread or two skip amongst all the mess. though it's expected the staff to promptly deal with it and try to not let a lot of them skip through the net.
i know it's how it works with me in those kind of things.
about the other ones, i honestly don't remember, but again, i don't spend much time around that section.
You got "zilch"? Perhaps those are just the threads that BTMods didn't see. You wouldn't know anything about threads which were already trashed. If you saw them, you should have just done what the other sites do and simply click the report button. That puts a big red bar across the top of my page (as well as every mod or admin), signaling a report has been made and we go fulfill it. Reports are usually sorted in a matter of minutes.Quote:

As for any confusion regarding community reps, I'll clear that up right now. There is no community rep status, not any longer; there hasn't been for a year or more. Who made a deal that we wouldn't allow account trades and when was it made? I recall nothing of it to speak of.
