Pickerel, we tend to say pickerel in Canada because we're all hicks, is one of the best tasting fish. Especially when done in an iron frypan over an open flame. Doesn't even really require seasoning. If only it didn't have all those little bones.
Perch on the other hand I can live without.
Carp/White fish or should i say bottom feeding toilet fish:unsure:
