I want to get onto the seedbox bandwagon.

My friend is even suggestin me not to go for keyweb..Thieir services have badly deteriorated in last few days :(

i can order 1 month keyweb, they force me to pay 3 month before i can pay by CC monthly, any suggestion or i have to come back to leeware

Quite a high set-up fee. It is unlimited non-dedicated bandwidth.
