Is anybody on o-u-t-s-y-s-t-e-m-s facing issues?

my seedbox at ********* is not working for more than 20 days and no word from support. I am sending emails every few days but there is no reply.

When you open my seedbox? I paid 6.8-09. My order id #001008.

My seedbox died previously, after 1 week of usage. Was told after a week then that I needed to get a replacement, which I agreed. Well...its been a month and more now, but no replacement yet...
