Ok - I removed BlackCats and added TorrentBits at level 3. Also, added A-L to level 2.5.

TB has reached its limit, maybe it should be moved back up a bit for now?

Another thing I thing its time uk-t is taken out of all the categories. I can make my own tracker be the only user and give myself 1 invite, which means its even more rare than uk-t. Just because a site is harder to get in...that don't mean it has better or more "special" contents..... We should talk about what is the best site in terms of content not which is the hardest to get in..... Torrentleech gets my vote for the best site in terms of material......Everysite pretty much has the same stuff........
