shaina, Cows are not needed. Beef and milk are bad for humans. Humans would be much healthier if they didn't consume food and beverage products from cows.
Most republican controlled states are in bad shape (they control 2/3 of the states). The only thing they have going for them is a lower cost of living. But that is because those states are mostly wide open country where nobody wants to live. Move into the large metropolitan areas of those states and the cost of living is expensive. The republican controlled states look nice in the city/town centers and tourist areas (maintained by cheap labor, illegals), but the rest of the state is a shit-hole. There are more homeless in the republican states (weather a factor, and republicans don't support "services"). Jobs pay more in Democrat states. Partially why cost of living is higher. Why do you think medical school costs so much today? Because doctors get paid a lot of money today.Quote:

The Electoral College should be gone. It worked for the most part back in the day when most people lived either on the east or west coasts. Now plenty of people live in the middle of the country. It's just not needed anymore. Plus, gerrymandering allows elections to be stolen. Every other election is decided by whomever gets the highest number of votes, I don't see why President shouldn't be any different. If you want to keep the Electoral College, then every state should have the number of senators and representatives that represent it based on population. North Dakota has a population of 672,591 people. California has a population of 37,253,956 people. Yet both have two senators. The system needs to be updated.
