I try to seed 200-300%, but most of the time its 150-200%.
i seed it to 150% , when i forget how long its been seeding for
I just leave the torrent in my client for months. My average ratio on each is around 2.5 or so, that would be 250%. I never just download recklessly.

I seed 80% - 150%
If you've a good upload seed until a good spread is reached.. if you have a small upload just leave the torrent in the seed..
So much for the Morale of Seeding..
Usually 120-150% on private sites, don't seed at all on public trackers.
150-200% on popular well-seeded torrents, why overseed and make it impossible for users with slower connection to seed back what they leech?
if the torrent is weak or not so well-seeded i can seed for weeks, and up to a month or so.
to all those saying its nearly impossible to have an average of 500%, remember that it depends on the connection.. it is damn easy on a 10/10mbit connection if you want to seed 500%

But I don't always agree that it's the right thing to overseed, especially on the huge packs 50 GB - 100 GB, because it's difficult for people with small connections to even seed 1:1 then.
I sometimes seed a torrent for months way past 500%. Depends on how i feel. Always try to seed past 200% on all my torrents. As far as leeching? When it's free leech i LEECH. Not a big deal when you have big buffers on your account. But i seed way more then i leech.
I seed it to 150%
I have seeded torrents to 2300 even [File size is over 4 Gbs] but thats from my seedbox[ex-seedbox].......from my home connection I seed to 10 to 15 % onlybcs not a lot of hdd or bandwidth but all my ratios are 500%+ :)
i don't consider i am except when downloading form megashares and rapidshare wich is what i do most lol

I get rude messages from my ISP if my usage exceeds 60gb/month, but I can usually go 2:1. I also use some common sense, and drop torrents that have a lot of seeds, and try to seed the weaklings more.
i seed my torrents over 200%,and delete them from utorrent when i need to move them or to delete them ;))
I always like two keep a 2 ratio, but I download a lot as well .

i seed at least 100% and leave the torrent till i can no longer connect to anymore peers.
im not sure how much % really, but when i was with my old isp that counted upload as data i didnt seed at all.
but since i joined my new isp, i pretty much have my share ratio at 20+ on each torrent before i stop seeding.

People who seed to 500 percent make it harder for others to seed back. It actually ruins the tracker, People with slower lines need to be able to seed to. I think people should seed to 1.5 and then let other people seed so it doesnt make it hard for the slower line users. A great example of this is Sct. It is hard to keep a ratio there because people over seed with their seed boxes

I try to seed to ~400% for priv trackers, or ~3weeks.
I skimmed this up to page 11 my eyes are getting tired so I will try and make my point. Seeding to 500% is possible but on most private trackers you have bonus systems to assist with that ratio. And uploading a file or Helping seed a file that you have already download someplace else will increase your ratio.
So say someone downloads a file off one site and another site has same file. You can download the file from second site pointed to where the completed torrent is when it ask you where you wish the downloaded file to go and it will read that file and give you credit for downloading like 1-10mb usually around 1mb and if you seed back the full size of that file what would be 1.0 for normal user is 100.00 or more for the one who is "helping" to seed that file. So a share ratio is possible if you know how to do such things. (Not with standing seed boxes and being an uploader themself and a host of other options)
in the fact i let the torrent in the client until
the maximum number of uploading with good speed is achieved about 20 torrents
and so I think that my leech is good
