SCL is too young to be even considered at such a high rank...
i think the same goes for iTS...
they re small, the torrents are general (nothing particular), pre time is not that good
but they are hard to get in
top 10 is in your hands :P
My opinion is that they are not so young... and sometimes the pre time is really good ;)
