24 has always been my favorite but House is a close second.

From that list, Its gotta be Scrubs.
The wire! Lightyears in front of anything else ever made for tv!
For some reason I never started watching 24. Will start from scratch with that show soon.
Other great tv series: Family guy, Prison break(season 3 was poor), It's always sunny in philadelphia, Flight of the conchords(Not sure how I feel about this season though), The Office uk(way better than the us version), extras, Lost is pretty good too.
