I have a question. Is it safe that I had giveaway here at FST 3 scc invites in about 5-10 minutes gap? Can they trace me out becoz of that?

If they actively looked for, most likely yes! :-)
Viewing a list of recently joined members and which invite tree they belong to. But i doubt they would do that on a regular basis, unless someone gave them a heads up :01:

i've used the same nick here as on torrent sites forever, and never been banned because im a member here. i dont even visit the invite section, and am infact a member of the section here that is against invite trading. i got the sites i use from ppl i know, or friends in irc. sct doesnt just ban members of their site for being members here, or having the same nick here. they do it because members trade/giveaway their invites here, which is after all, a public forum, which goes against their rules. if u dont like the rules, dont join the site, its not hard.

on topic: the the guys inviter was selling invites, or trading invites, or giving them away in a public forum, imo that grants the right to disable that person and his/her invites.
