He might have a point, sort of.

I'm not really one to take note of how my nuts feel right after secks (too busy thinking about other things or falling asleep, like), but I'm fairly certain they can get a bit sensitive after a lot of it. Part of that is probably 'cos of the commotion and bits touching in that general area, though.

Well I suppose that answer is as definitive as it's going to get, given that everyone's different :D. At least I know ball-wanking is out of the question now.
