Well blame the current Political Climate, times have changed. Heck, majority of top tier/rare trackers that people like to boast about on the e-penis list, like 8+ years ago all you had to do was ASK. Today, not so much.

It's probably not a coincidence that most of those trackers don't exist anymore either.
