did it come with any software? you should be able to install it and record if it did.

You could even take the avi file and open it up in something like image ready to make a gif out of one of the frames :01:

my computer never came with this thing ,it's my g/f brothers cam
i plugged it in and some up dates loaded up

i have pictures express im tryin now to see if i can load it up ;)
