Shouldn't the "New Release List" Be updated (for our IRC users) since Jibbler no longer distributes thru soulseek?

I'm not sure if everyone who uses IRC and SLSK will want to post what they are sharing all the time.
a lot of us do grab new releases but we can always post them in here...
