BitTorrent Sites Open for Signup

it was up this morning now down again for me now

well it's wierd I tried to go to TvTorrents.com on another Mac on my internet connection, and it works fine. but on my Desktop it doesn't load it and i get DNS error. I used a proxy site on my desktop and had no problem connecting.

any suggestion ?
