try again tray again.
If u achieved to enter signup page .
1. open faq and rules new page
2. your username must be lowercase letter and no number in your username
3. your password must be like this Catalname05 (must be one letters upper case and include number)

I was pissed to, but you must understand them
IF they don't have that code system a lot of bots will register, and with no limits in one day there would be now like 100k members.
if you see read rules errors you press the link of rule and faq (place of top). open new tab those another sign up user name must be lower case and not include number password must be 10 letters and include number ... Specially one letter have to upper case in your password other you have to write true letters and number of pitcure Registration is opened per 10 minutes later if u read this note and still fail this job u are loser :(
