Waffles is down but it never banned Egypt anytime soon as I remember. However, digitalcore.club bans Egypt (I don't know wtf is digitalcore but I like it's codebase :D)

Apparently HDBits now bans India and Poland completely. Also, small (big) bump for this thread in case anyone can contribute more information.
