I think one problem is, people act like you're supposed to know everything even if you're a n00b. Then if you ask a question that god forbid got asked in the last three years, you're either ignored or told to use the search and called a douchebag. Never mind that maybe the search feature was down or didn't find what you were looking for in the first place.
