I would try to point out that there is a difference between commerce and criminality and that's why things like Ponzi schemes use to land people in prison, or how the Presidents use to divest or at least hand over control of business interests to avoid conflict of interests or possible national security threats or how as the video says that this basically legalizes bribery but i won't because clearly the simple truth is no match for the implant behind your ear.
