A HDBits staffer told me they want to open the registrations, but is still discussing.
some of staffers declared themselves in favor of openings.

there is a discussion on IRC right now. this one really create a hype & maybe false hope

Then don't act as if it was a 100% confirmed fact. Chances they'll open signups are extremely slim.
