Well thank you. No, Guatemala isn't an english-speaking country. It's quite the opposite. The "official" language is spanish. However, most people (even though they say they aren't) are mayan-descendant, so there are about 20+ (major) mayan languages, each according to the region they are located.Quote:
By the way DWK, you speak very good english, Is Guatemala an english speaking country?

Nice grades adam :smilie4:
When I got out of high school, my average would be a 3/B/83. However, university has been a bitch. I won every class in the first semester with good grades (again, a good 3/b/8x average). However, the second semester was a bad one. Only passed one class, and with the minimum. Now I'm battling to get my average up and running again :)
But now it's gonna be harder with a job  hehe jk well at least I'm learning more responsibility than what I had.
Olololol. Lemme see. The courses I take every year are mostly 2 important ones: Math and Physics (the other is computer programming, but this is more because of system engineering rather than just engineering). I guess they help you be patient and think about stuff before you do it. It's pretty hard, but it just takes time to learn :)Quote:
Well if your strength is in physics, that is a good thing. What kind of physics is it if it is not calculus based? AFAIK, physics is a nightmare. Part of Calculus is physics applications like "a ball is fall in at speed x at time z it hits particle y find the time they collide"...
Olololol. The story of my 2nd semester ;) Although it didn't involve alcohol and/or MJ :P It involved going to play pool and counter-strike  Stupid me :frusty:Quote:
I'm currently pushing a 4.0 the last two semesters, only problem, my second semester in college I decided the alcohol and MJ were my best friends, and came out with a 1.3, so my career average has been suckin' wind. I've finally got it to 3.03; hopefully I can get it up to at least a 3.5, and keep it there.
That one bad semester's really does stay with you, and haunt you the rest of your college span.
Bleh long post again :01:
Peace
