No, that was not my intended meaning. The Irish and The Scottish were slaves
to the Brittish empire (were..are?)

But,that is mainly the past. Should they still be held accountable for those sins?
(such as southern U.S. residents,being constantly vilified as evil racist.)

I do not own any guns personally. (and I am for gun control)...but were talking about the culture,many of us were raised in. It's not easy letting go of such deeply engrained beliefs.
