FOR THE LOVE OF..What's happening? Maybe this whole CAPTCHA thing is down or something??!!

It does seem to be working, new signups 2008-04 are 312 and it was 311 new signups 15 mins ago. Pending users are now 6.

Some sort of coding to prevent too many signups in too short a time?
