Your Mam - No, obviously.
Yourself - Can't see it.
The DA - Poifect, that's the ticket.
Not really. He went away for the most heinous crime for a short time and it was a long time ago.
It was more surprising that that was were job and she seemed nervous and couldn't even link separate charges in one crime event.
From what she actually did in the case, I could've argued it. :dabs:
You do know that you can't mention previous convictions, prior to the verdict.
Trust me tho' if the DA was incompetent at presenting her evidence no amount of coaching from you would have changed that.
Even if she did, there's no accounting for Juries. Not being sarcastic, but if they didn't like you, or another prosecution witness, then a guilty is a lot less likely.

He had no previous conviction and trust me, the one thing I knew was the jury hated him.
He served as his own lawyer. While he questioned me on the stand, I made was making him look so stupid that he started pissing off the jury (I noticed the jury's faces turn). Once when he asked a same question in a different way for about the 100th time, a big black female juror blurted out, "OH PLEASE!!!"
It was classic.

Sorry, I thought you meant that the heinous crime was a long time before your case.
