when some group releases some warez, they pack it in the multiple rar files with the name of the file and name of the group.Example
smallville.s06e05.xvid-xor.r01
smallville.s06e05.xvid-xor.r02
smallville.s06e05.xvid-xor.r03
And so on, and that packed file the distribute to the trackers like sct, so scp may have benn "stolle" that file from them or group has uploaded it on scp.
And also, they could find that on public trackers.

Completely agree ... I find it hilarious that people have the balls to make comments like "I ripped this with so much time and effort and they stole my release" or whatever. Have you by any chance put in a fraction of the effort of the artists who made it in the first place. Now I am not saying piracy is bad or anything. I personally thrive on it. But how can ppl even claim any sort of ownership over something they stole in the first place.
They did great work by making a good rip/release but the whole point of their work is that it should be shared. Ideally they should be given credit for it in the nfo or something but even if they're not I dont think there should be any kinda controversy except polite reminders. Remember I am not condoning stealing someone's release/rip and claiming it as your own. Only that pirated material shud be freely distributable. Otherwise it is on a level of absurdity I cant even begin to explain.

Stealing torrents are we now? I thought there was supposed to be some sort of ecxlusive content, but I guess as a lot of sites releases are stolen/taken/borrowed/etc from ScT.

Not a huge problem as ScT never owned those movies itself - being a pirate site.
Although it's probably a surefire way of getting people at ScT a bit pissed off, if you only ever steal releases.
It's not hard to make your own!
