They tried to keep me away but.....ITSRIDDLETIMEBABY ! :P

For 6 months a year, I get out of bed at least 180 times each night.
Yet I manage to get 7 hours of sleep at a time.

Whatzup with that ?

You do jump-ins and jump-outs as an exercise 180 times in one go, then sleep the seven hours after you're so shattered. You do that every night in the six months.
