There's loads of skins for it. The one pictured is 'Leopard Remix' which I found on Deviantart. Icons are from all from Deviantart as well but from random packs.

Sweet. Rocketdock's what I generally use when I use a dock. Had never seen that skin, though. Tewtally getting it.
