Eww Office?
I really hate customer service. Today WW upgraded their ordering system firmware and they deleted all the orders for yesterdays bake. They did the same today so I've spent my time calling the individual stores and telling them to create an emergency order. Some of the bakery managers and the office chicks were complete fuckheads, here's what some of them said:
"How do I do that, is that on a computer"
"Sorry I've never heard of you, let me get the manager"
"Please hold ... dial tone 5 minutes later"
"Okay let me forward you to the bakery department please hold .... reroute me to head office again!!!"
"Ok I'll tell someone to do it soon..."
Seriously, I very much the social type but when it comes to WW I have no patience. For the record there were still orders coming as I speak, about 26hrs after we told them.
Don't know how they're going to get it by Tuesday considering the next bake is Thursday. Then none till New Years.

Mulder something a little more classy than what I had till I got turned into a writeoff. Was drinking a bit and didn't brake soon enough ... landed in the roundabout garden.
I don't usually drink and ride but public transport for drinkers here is a joke.

What type of bakery do you work for, NZB? Is it a small artisan kind, or mass consumer? Do you make a variety of products, or focus on breads, cakes, or what? You mention your job quite a bit, but I don't remember you mentioning any details.

I can't remember a single time I have laughed from anything Andy Samberg has done. SNL needed to be put down years ago- it's now the equivalent to an Alzheimer's patient roaming the halls of a rundown retirement home where nobody gets visitors. :mellow:
