When someone giveaway something like 160 invites to one site . and another one opens a giveaway of 60 invites , I don't think that it's place in the 4th level .

I just wanted to point out that the list needs amending as midnight-torrents is no longer open sign-up so I suspect they will be placed a little higher on the list
nCore go up 5 or 6 lvl , but FL is over 500 points for on invite ... very hard to get 500 points .. ;)
