I really don't have a theme. I've merely changed the Start orb to this one, using the instructions in the description. (There is also this, but I haven't tried it yet)
The Taskbar is a result of this. I think it makes the OS look waaay better.
Thanks Skiz, after having a look around at the customizations on Deviantart, I have modified my superbar icons and start orb and come up with this:
